Because he is a coffee snob, like me. Because he is a music snob, (somewhat) like me. Because he likes TPOH, totally! like me. Because even after knowing each other for almost 10 years online, we have never met in real life, yet time can pass without speaking and it’s like time has stood still. Because he isn’t a sellout for what he believes in. Because he was the first person I’d ever met with a goatee, and that was the coolest thing I ever saw. Because he knew HTML before it was cool. Because he encouraged me to write, and he still does. Isn’t that amazing? Because he is him.

Do you ever reverse your names just to confuse people? Petr Leo? If I had your name, I would. Cuz I’m that kinda girl.

And I have a super crush on him, but this was the only way I could tell him.

She likes my sense of humour. And she gets my strange connections between things. And she snorts when she laughs. She has a fantastic laugh.

So today I was at 43People and there on the home page in between Jon Stewart and HamsterGirl was the lovely krislibrarian with the blurb, “188 people have been tagged funny”. To have my favorite librarian front and center of that list, just brought a smile to my heart.

I’m not allowed to tell stories about krislibrarian. She’s sworn me to secrecy. Well, that and if I start telling stories about her, she might start telling stories about me, and that would be … bad.

Because my best friend is a librarian and I can introduce her to him.

I admire krislibrarian because:

1) she admits to having bed-head.

2) she blushes.

3) she’s got a hot francophone coworker.
